Four weeks ago Jonathon fell of the monkey bars at school and broke both bones in his forearm. Because it happened during PE at school he was given the royal treatment including an ambulance ride to the hospital. He's a huge fan of firemen (he even received a get well card in the mail from them this week). These are pictures of cast #1 & cast #3 (I didn't get a picture of cast #2 which was green).

HOW CUTE!! He looks bigger than even 2 months ago when I saw him, how is that possible?? I love how you just roll with the punches (or broken bones) as a mom. I hope to be a mom like that. Cool and collected when inevitable childhood comes calling.
ouch!!! that's how Owen broke his arm as well...hope he's doing better now!
Oh, that is a total bummer. Hopefully, the bone heals quickly. Kids are resilient. Ava broke her leg in April and was back to normal in just a couple of months.
yeah for updates! okay, so...
A. those boys have grown so much since january! what the heck? they are tall & old!
B. sydney is SO CUTE & i love her chubbiness! oh wow! tell mike the 2-piece suit is modest enough & you DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT want to try putting a 1-piece swimming suit on a baby girl...especially a chubby one...b/c it is SO DIFFICULT to take on & off. it takes WAY TOO LONG!
C. loved that sweet post on ammon. james & i thought he was so great, too, & were glad we got to know him a tiny bit when he came to help you move to boston.
D. that's all i have for now. although...i did have a tea party for rebecca today & it was very fun. i can't wait until you have a tea party with sydney!!!:)
